Choose the bike you want to rent at the docking station of Soboški Biciklin.
Make sure the bike is in perfect condition before renting it.
To start touch the LCD screen on the computer terminal (kiosk). Select the desired language and follow the instructions on the screen. The Soboški Biciklin system can be used only with a user card or a user name and password.
Enter user name and password.
To rent bikes or for other services follow the instructions on the screen.
If you decide to rent a bike, wait for the system to check all locks and inform you which bikes are available. The system shows the numbers of locks with available bikes.
When you choose one of the bikes, wait for the system to process your selection, then confirm. Before making your choice we recommend you first check if all bikes are flawless and undamaged, and only then choose the bike.
After confirming you have 20 seconds to get to the rack of the chosen bike.
To unlock the rack press the flashing greenbutton.
After pressing the button, grab the bike seat with one hand and the handlebar with the other. Slightly push the first wheel forward, then pull the bike backwards and remove it from the rack.
If you don't manage to remove the bike from the rack for any reason whatsoever, push the bike hard back into the lock. Make sure it is locked. Begin the procedure again.
How do I return the bike?
After successful rent and ride simply, but by using slightly more force, push the bike back into the rack and make sure it is firmly engaged.
Before leaving always make sure the bike is actually locked. When the bike is properly locked, the button on the lock will turn blue.
If the button on the lock is red, it means the bike was not properly engaged, so you must repeat the procedure again.
What to do if a bike is faulty or if all bikes are fully occupied?
If all locks are occupied or there are no available bikes at the dock when you arrive, please wait until the maintenance service arrives or head out to the next station.
